- Kromasil Classic Columns: These are general-purpose columns with a pore size of 100 Å. They are available in a variety of stationary phases, including C18, C4, C8, Phenyl, and NH2.
- Kromasil Eternity Columns: These columns are designed for long column lifetime and high performance. They have a unique bonding technology that makes them more resistant to chemical attack.
- Kromasil Chiral: Kromasil offers two main types of Kromasil chiral columns:
- Kromasil AmyCoat: This type of column is coated with a layer of amylose, a chiral selector derived from starch. AmyCoat columns are particularly well-suited for separating polar enantiomers.
- Kromasil CelluCoat: This type of column is coated with a layer of cellulose, another chiral selector derived from plant material. CelluCoat columns are more versatile than AmyCoat columns and can be used to separate a wider range of enantiomers.
- Kromasil guard columns are short filters that screw onto your HPLC column. They trap unwanted particles from your samples before they reach the main column, extending its lifespan and saving you money.
