Item Description

The Droplet Chip Digital PCR Analysis System is a high-precision, six-multiplex platform for ultrasensitive nucleic acid quantification, eliminating the need for a standard curve. It includes a droplet generator, a PCR system, and a microchip reader. The generator partitions each sample into 25,000–32,000 droplets, and after PCR amplification, the reader analyzes fluorescence signals from individual droplets. Advanced software and algorithms then determine the template concentration based on the fluorescence data.
