• Inoculation Techniques: Explore a variety of inoculation methods, including streaking, stabbing, slant inoculation, and spread plating, to cultivate pure cultures.
• Microscopic Visualization: Learn to use a compound microscope effectively to observe and differentiate various types of microorganisms, including bacteria, yeast, and molds.
